Our History
Founded in 2024, Trinity Thermal Solutions (TTS) has grown rapidly. Specializing in thermal solutions for the server industry, TTS provides liquid cooling solutions to clients worldwide. Over this short time, we have built a strong reputation for our expertise, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
TTS is a partner of the Yijie Group. Yijie has extensive experience manufacturing thermal solutions for a broad customer base that includes Tier 1 Global IT companies and some of the world's largest automotive manufacturers.

Our Services
We offer a wide range of products and services with a focus on Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions for the HPC and AI server industry. We have decades of experience in the design and manufacture of thermal solutions, offering our own standard products and the ability to co-work and customize solutions for any application.
We have our own factory allowing us to tightly control quality in every step of the Product Development Process (PDP); we are vertically integrated allowing us to move fast and be competitively priced.
Our Focus
TTS is focused on the development and manufacture of rack-level cooling products (cooling loops & manifolds)
TTS's R&D Center is based in Taipei (TDC) with two office locations to support the needs of the global server manufacturers.
In addition to its own products, TTS is capable of being a manufacturing partner for thermal solutions designed by third parties.
